Shifting your focus to all you have shifts you from a mindset of lack to a mindset of abundance
Write down all the things, people and places you are grateful for
Read the each night before bed and when you wake up

Think about the things you want to cultivate for yourself and write them down- ex: I want to cultivate joy
Think about the things you do well or want to do well and write them down ex: I am good at creating opportunities in my community
